If you or your child has a tournament the same day as a coaching session, you will not be charged for a coaching session. In other words, you will not lose a session credit.

For our year-round youth programs (Learn To Play, Train To Compete, High School Path & College Path), players are allowed one (1) excused absence per 12 coaching sessions, including our Spring and Fall ELEVATE tournament series. For our adult programs of Get Golf Ready & the Intermediate Adult Team, if you have booked your session and need to cancel, a 48-hr notice is required if you will not be in attendance. Otherwise, you will lose a session credit. However, at the discretion of the coach, exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.
