Terms & Conditions
Elevate Golf Academy is committed to providing a quality training program for each student. There are basic terms and conditions that each player will be expected to acknowledge and agree upon which are as follows:

At the time of registration for any of the offerings (Fall, Spring or School Year), the player is reserving a spot on their selected “team” for the entirety of the selected duration. For example, if a player registers for the Fall semester, they have reserved and committed to hold that player spot for the entire Fall semester. “Training sessions” refer to all coaching sessions offered during your selected duration (Fall, Spring or School Year) which take place at Metropolitan Golf Links on Saturdays at the published time (ex: College Path meets from 7:30-9:30 AM).
“Tournaments” with ELEVATE are offered during the Fall and Spring – four each semester. ELEVATE tournaments are uniquely designed to allow coaches to coach and observe players on the course during competitive play, which is not offered in most training academies. Additionally, with the ELEVATE culture strongly in place, the triangle system is allowed to flourish to support players and families to develop the healthiest, most effective mindset toward competing. During tournament play, ELEVATE players are provided with scorecards designed to track key metrics as well as provide valuable insight into strengths and areas of opportunity. Players and families always have access to their team stats while they are enrolled.
Equipment is available to players during their team training in addition to the ability to check out equipment through our “Short- Term Equipment Loan Program” for the week. For all ELEVATE offerings including Half-Day or Full-Day Camps, Intensives and PGAJL, players enrolled with a team during the school year are eligible to receive registration discounts for these other offerings. Discount details are provided on each team registration page. “Make up sessions” are offered under the following terms and conditions: Each semester (Fall or Spring), players are provided with a make-up credit if and only if they are playing in an outside tournament (links to the leaderboard must be provided for us to follow).
Players may receive a maximum of two make-up credits per semester. Each credit affords the player the opportunity to attend one half-day of training at any of our Half-Day or Full-Day camps during the Summer. The selected date must be provided 30 days prior to allow for more coaches to be hired and provided that there is space available. Please provide us with your top 3 date choices and you’ll be guaranteed one of those. If players choose to attend an on-course portion of training of ELEVATE camps or Intensives, green fees are not included, and players will be invoiced for this separately. Furthermore, if players have two make-up sessions that they would like to combine, they may apply the combined credits for a full day of training at one of our Full-Day Camps or Intensives (green fees and lunch are not included and will be invoiced separately).
Any “Class cancellation” deemed necessary by the coaching staff due to inclement weather conditions will result in one make-up session credit for each affected team. For any player who, for any reason, needs to cancel their membership, a 30- day written notice must be provided to ELEVATE Golf Academy. Upon receipt of the notice, this will mark the final 30 days of the players’ enrollment on their team. At the end of the 30 days, this will mark the date at which time the player will receive a prorated refund for the difference only on the condition that they paid in advance for their selected duration (Fall, Spring or School-year)
Each student is a member of the team. Courtesy and respect shall be practiced at all times while on the course and during instructions by each team member. Professional behavior is required at all times.
