College Path Team (CP)

Our College Path (CP) team represents the pinnacle of the ELEVATE Golf Academy programming. This team offers advanced and competitive students ages 12–18 the opportunity to develop their skills, gain confidence, and achieve consistency in their game on the course and in competitive junior tournaments. Through dedication and hard work, these players strive to be their best, exemplifying the peak of our training pyramid.

Primary Pathway:

Players typically qualify for CP by successfully completing all three levels of Train To Compete (TTC) and meeting the scoring benchmarks (36 for 9 holes at each level).

Alternative Pathway (without completing all 3 TTC levels):

Players may also qualify for CP if they meet the following three prerequisites:

1. Currently competing on their high school varsity golf team with the goal of pursuing collegiate golf

2. Able to shoot sub-50 for 9 holes or sub-100 for 18 holes on a fairly regular basis

3. Consistently training and/or playing 4–6 days per week on average

   
   

* While not required, we strongly encourage CP players to compete in outside tournaments such as US Kids, JGANC, JTNC, and/or AJGA. Players with collegiate golf aspirations benefit greatly from testing their skills in these competitive environments.

We want our CP players to succeed. These benchmarks reflect the skills, habits, and commitment necessary to thrive at this level. Players entering CP through either pathway should expect to meet these standards in order to fully benefit from the program and prepare for golf at the collegiate level.

Training:

• Saturdays, 7:30–9:30 AM at Metropolitan Golf Links

• Includes Fall & Spring ELEVATE tournaments (4 per semester, 8 per year)

• Offered during the school year, with optional summer training opportunities between tournaments and travel schedules
