Cancellation Policy
ELEVATE Golf Academy Camps Cancellation Policy ________________________________________________________________________________________ At ELEVATE Golf Academy, we understand that plans can change. However, to ensure the success of our camps and avoid unnecessary costs, the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations made more than 30 days before camp start date Refund: 90% of the camp fees will be refunded. The remaining 10% covers administrative costs, including credit card transaction fees. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Cancellations made less than 30 days before camp start date Refund: No refund will be issued. However, the full amount paid (minus credit card transaction fees) can be applied as a credit toward other ELEVATE Golf Academy programs, such as lessons, clinics, or future camps. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Non-Refundable Fees: Credit card transaction fees and administrative costs are non-refundable in all cases. Camp Transfers: Registrants may transfer their registration to another camp session (if available) at no cost, provided the request is made at least 15 days prior to the original camp start date. Cancellation Request Process: All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to info@elevategolfacademy.com. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
